You agree that CozeeCoo®, LLC has no responsibility or liability for the deletion of or failure to store any messages, communications, or other Content maintained, disseminated, or transmitted through the CozeeCoo®, LLC website.
Pricing
We will add sales tax for those orders delivered to specific states that require a sales tax charge. Each customer is solely responsible for all sales/use taxes applicable to orders shipped to all other locations.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from CozeeCoo®, LLC are delivered to shipment carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. At the same time, if a package is not received, please Contact Us so we can work together through the next steps.
Fabric Disclaimer and Cleaning Instructions
CozeeCoo®, LLC fabrics are 100% organic cotton. CozeeCoo®, LLC guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, fabric thinning, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. Please Contact Us if you believe you have received a defective product.
When washing any of your baby’s clothes, think less is more. You want to use a detergent that doesn’t contain any fragrances, dyes, or other extras that can irritate your baby’s already sensitive skin. You will also want to avoid anything that has optical brighteners. Just a nice, gentle cleaner is all that is needed. Please no bleach. It’s also important that your detergent doesn’t leave any residues that could cause irritation or leave the fabric not as soft as before. You can add white vinegar to the wash as a natural fabric softener. Wash on gentle cycle with cold water. This will help maintain the quality of the fabric for longer. Hand washing is another alternative. Just be sure to completely rinse all of the soap from the item so it won’t discolor the fabric or irritate baby’s skin.

The product lifespan is defined as roughly 54 washes.
Hospital-Grade Washer & Dryer
Industrial washing machines typically launder at 400 degrees Fahrenheit with bleach to meet industry standards. In this case the product lifespan is roughly 25 washes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CozeeCoo®, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, co-branders, and affiliates, from and against any and all liability, loss, claim, demand, dispute, damages, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of litigation resulting from or in any way connected with your use of the CozeeCoo®, LLC website.
Patent & Trademark Notices
The CozeeCoo® garment is a patent pending design, protected by law. The CozeeCoo® logo (image and "CozeeCoo") is protected by trademark law.
Suspension or Termination of the Website
You agree that CozeeCoo®, LLC, in its sole discretion, at any time, may suspend or terminate your use of the site, and may remove or delete any or all of your Content within the site without prior notice to you. Further, you agree that CozeeCoo®, LLC will not be liable to you or to any third party for the consequences of any suspension or termination of your use of or access to the site.
Limitations of Actions Against CozeeCoo®, LLC
You agree that any claim or cause of action coming from your use of the CozeeCoo®, LLC website or the Terms of Use Agreement must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or it shall be forever barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or other law to contrary.

Important Disclaimer for Orders Shipping Outside of the USA:
When ordering from CozeeCoo.com, the customer/recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
Customs policies vary widely. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates. Some countries don't charge import fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Other countries may subject packages to import taxes, fees, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the package arrives at the country of destination. Please contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
Import Fee calculations are (among others):
- Product category and price
- Shipping costs and package weight
- Customs clearance channel
- Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
These charges are not included in CozeeCoo®'s product price or shipping and handling cost. Such charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for orders.
Import Regulations
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
Note:
- Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.
International Shipping Methods
We ship using USPS or UPS for international orders. International customers are responsible to pay all taxes and duties, should they occur when their local post office delivers the package.
Keep in mind international orders will take longer to receive than domestic shipping times.

Domestic US Return
We hope you love your order, like so many of our customers do. However, if you have questions, concerns or are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return label and refund, please send us a message (along with your order number, name or email) on CozeeCoo®'s Contact Us page (US domestic orders only). Due to the nature of our product, returns are only accepted for unused garments in the original packaging. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment excluding shipping charges (including a return flat rate of $7) once the package is received.
We are confident in our size chart as it's based off of the World Health Organization (WHO) child growth standards. The best fit measurement is determined by the height/arm span. Please refer to our size chart located on our product (shop) page. We understand measurements can come in an array of beautiful baby figures. If for any reason the CozeeCoo is still not fitting properly, please send us a message on our Contact Us page so we can work together to ensure a proper fit for your baby.
Domestic US Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size, please go through the return steps above. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Contact Us page.
Domestic US Damaged/Defective
If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturers defect within 30 days, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect along with your order number to jennifer@cozeecoo.com.
In the event a product is sold out, CozeeCoo®, LLC has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
