DOMESTIC US RETURN POLICY

Domestic US Return

We hope you love your order, like so many of our customers do. However, if you have questions, concerns or are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return label and refund, please send us a message (along with your order number, name or email) on CozeeCoo®'s Contact Us page (US domestic orders only). Due to the nature of our product, returns are only accepted for:

1)
unused and unwashed garments in the original packaging
2) orders
within 30 days of delivery

By returning your order, you acknowledge that if any of the above conditions are untrue, a refund will not be issued and the item will not be returned for safety and compliance reasons.

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment excluding shipping charges (excluding a return flat rate of $7) once the package is received.

We are confident in our size chart as it's based off of the World Health Organization (WHO) child growth standards. The best fit measurement is determined by the height/arm span. Please refer to our size chart located on our product (shop) page. We understand measurements can come in an array of beautiful baby figures. If for any reason the CozeeCoo® is still not fitting properly, please send us a message on our Contact Us page so we can work together to ensure a proper fit for your baby.

Domestic US Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size, please go through the return steps above and place a new order. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Contact Us page.

Domestic US Damaged/Defective

If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturers defect within 30 days, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect along with your order number to info@cozeecoo.com.

In the event a product is sold out, CozeeCoo®, LLC has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Warranty expires when the product is re-distributed.
