We ship utilizing United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for domestic orders.

We highly recommend the paid shipping option (through UPS) if you need to track your package.
Please note that additional domestic charges may occur at the customer’s expense. These rates and shipping times are calculated at checkout according to the shipping locations, current world circumstances (such as weather, natural disasters, etc.) and shipping rates. Rates may change.

When ordering from CozeeCoo.com, the customer/recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
Customs policies vary widely. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates. Some countries don't charge import fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Other countries may subject packages to import taxes, fees, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the package arrives at the country of destination. Please contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
Import Fee calculations are (among others):
- Product category and price
- Shipping costs and package weight
- Customs clearance channel
- Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
These charges are not included in CozeeCoo®'s product price or shipping and handling cost. Such charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for orders.
Import Regulations
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
Note:
- Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.
International Shipping Methods
We ship using DHL, USPS or UPS for international orders. International customers are responsible to pay all taxes and duties, should they occur when their local post office delivers the package.
Keep in mind international orders will take longer to receive than domestic shipping times.
